“This was excellent service and value! Saved 45 minutes on entry and some more time on departure. Our agent was delightful and helpful on every step. I am so glad I purchased the service, and I would do it again without hesitation.”

“Arrival and departure were nice. Communication was nice. Paying to go into the executive lounge was th biggest waste of money ever. No food available on the buffet. The wait staff didn't seem to want to help. Wifi was slower than 3g.”
