“There was no one to greet us when we landed. We never found a representative anywhere . We deplaned and looked around for our names or someone to escort us through but no one ever showed up. We asked the airport support staff and they weren’t able to help. This was an absolute waste of money. We ended up getting in-line with everyone else. This is a scam.”
