“We enjoyed the villa. But if I had any concerns it was that the pool started to turn green twice. No one came daily and we had to have the butler call them in. The spa did not work (they were waiting on a part) They did a great job of cleaning inside the villa but no one cleaned the outside unless asked. The ants got out of control after a few days and we had to ask them to fix it. Also there was no book (ie binder) to let you know all the info on the villa. For example - code for security system, gate code, what the butlers duties are, housekeeper duties.”

“A lovely house that met all our needs. Unfortunately the terrace wasn't fully covered, so was unusable during or after the frequent rain showers. The maid service was OK, but my wife had to intervene (sometimes deep cleaning herself) to improve the cleanliness, and we had quite a few clothing items ruined in the wash.”
