“We had three families (12 people) spend a week at Casa Barana and could not have been happier. It was the perfect house for our group. Everyone had their own suite with an outside entrance into a beautiful courtyard. The common spaces easily accommodated our group and the house was stocked with everything you could need. The pool was wonderful and the private beach was amazing. We are already talking about when we can go back!!”

“Casa Barana exceeded all of our expectations! We were a group of nine childhood friends celebrating a milestone birthday. It was a huge treat to spend a full week at Casa Barana. It did not dissappoint! Paul and Dawn took wonderful care of us and showed us the ropes of the house. The house-WOW!!! We knew the photos looked beautiful but it was even better in person! The kitchen was wonderfully appointed with everything you could imagine. The beds/linens were luxurious in every room. And the house was impeccably clean. We had great plans to see lots of the island but we ended up staying at our gorgeous Casa Barana all week! Pool was clean and had lots of room on the deck. The hot tub was used daily! There were many places to sit and sunbathe and dine al fresco. The beach!!! SPECTACULAR!!! And most of the time our group was the only group on the beach. The water was divine and we swam all week. I cannot think of one thing I would change. It was a perfect place and we all hope to return. One more thing-Brian (owner) called twice during the week to make sure we were all taken care of. I thought this was a lovely gesture!”

“Casa Barana was everything we wanted for our group gathering! We loved the spacious layout of the villa as well as the ability to all be together by the pool, during meals, watching NCAA basketball finals, or hanging on the beach. Paul and Dawn were very gracious welcoming us, and Paul was just a text away when we needed him (which wasn't often -- they've thought of everything there!). The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The beach itself is amazing -- private and beautiful, and the water was so calm. We rented floats for the week, and spent hours on them lounging, chatting, and reading while they were anchored. We used Chef Jose and his team for dinner in 2 nights -- what a treat that was, and Gourmet to Go for meals 2 other nights. You are walking distance to Da Conch Shack via the beach, if you want to venture there for a fun lunch or early dinner. I can't imagine having a better place to stay for our group of 9 ladies celebrating a fun birthday year!”

“Casa Barana is a beautiful, spotless, well-maintained villa on a private beach. The big kitchen, huge living room, large dining room and comfortable bedrooms with baths made this a great spot for our party of 12 adults to stay. The 2nd floor balconies have beautiful views of the beach. A short (30 yards?) private path leads from the villa to the beautiful beach. Two kayaks are available. There are numerous places on the property to enjoy being outside, including lounge chairs on the beach and around the pool, two outdoor dining areas, and a comfortable outdoor "living room". There is a nice mix of sun and shade on the property as well. Paul, who manages the property, was very helpful. The mid-week cleaning service was thorough and friendly. If/when we return to Turks & Caicos, we will definitely stay here again!”

“Casa Barana is the perfect place for a family gathering or a gathering of friends. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The courtyard is large and welcoming and the bedrooms are perfect. Two washers and two dryers accommodate everyone. Pool and hot tub got a lot of use. Kayaks provided so we could go out and watch the sea turtles. A magic place.”

“Case Barana Beach Villa was a very safe, secluded, large and impressive beach villa in the Turks and Caicos Islands. My family found the property to provide a great peace of mind during this very difficult COVID-19 environment. The Villa caretaker, Paul, and the maid were also excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend this magical place.”
