“Although the house was lovely it appeared very tired in areas and required some attention. The main living area had a large crack across the centre of the ceiling and a number of cracks appeared in walls within other areas of the property. We also believe that the outside areas required some attention such as replacement of broken slabs, step treads broken and decoration in general which we would have expected to be fixed as normal maintenance. We must highlight that staff at Footprints Villa were excellent and cannot be faulted at all. They went way above what we expected of them. We feel having paid quite a large fee to rent this property that the items listed would have been dealt with.”
