“This villa has positives but some massive negatives. Its location is secluded and private which is very nice. Layout is disjointed but the main issue is the main living area has only one wall open to the outside world making its use plus the kitchen truly unbearable in a hot climate like St Barts. This main area is also not air conditioned making it stifling. This is such a major flaw I would not recomend renting this Villa. Rooms are spacious and decently apointed but it is time for a moderate remodel as its age is showing as well. With that wall opened up and a slight remodel this villa would be a 5 star all day long.”
