I personally stir fry carrots and zucchini in a spoon of oil. I first separate the soba by hand in a plate (been fresh and pre-cooked they are delicate) and, then add them in the pan. Mix with the vegetables. Last, I add the sauce, mix again and they are ready to eat. Delicious !
