Bring 500ml of water to the boil.Add 20g of katsuobushi flakes.Let it sit for 1-2 minutes until the flakes sink to the bottom of the pot. Great product for my made-from-scratch miso soup. Also nice topping on hot rice or some other soups. I will definitely order more.

Very good, 100gms actually quite large quantity , 50gms size would have been better for single person in order to keep freshness..

I use this to make dashi, I like the larger bag as i go though the smaller bags quite quickly.
