“This is, in my humble view, the pinnacle of sesame oil. Such a deep, rich flavour with clarity of flavour profile - there I go sounding like a wine merchant! - but try it and you'll see what I mean. This fine oil is best used drizzled over dishes, placed in the bottom of the soup bowl or added to the lightest of dressings. Please don't sling it in the wok to stir fry: use a regular sesame oil for that. This is to be appreciated, like a fine wine and that is best achieved by using it as the finishing touch to your dish.
