DescriptionFor authentic Japanese curries at home.Make Japanese curry night that little bit easier with this handy pack of flavoursome curry roux cubes. Perfect for making thick, slightly sweet and spicy curry, these curry cubes contain curry coriander, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, chilli, cloves and the sweetness of cinnamon. Just break up the cubes and add to stir-fried onions, then pour over hot water to simmer.Preparation• Peel and cut 1 large onion into small chunks and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Excellent, considering *** is, I believe, a UK based brand? Excited to see ** food becoming more readily available and widespread in the UK. I think I've seen a limited selection of their products in chain supermarkets?
