I like Sanuki udon since it has chewy texture. This produce also doesn't have a typical sour taste (of preservatives?) which I often find in similar products. I recommend this product for anyone who likes Udon.

Great cupboard basic. I love udon noodles, for flavour and versatility. They add a lovely texture to soups, and really soak up the flavour. This is a really good value pack, and very easy to use - just bung them in whatever soup or stir fry you’re making for the last few minutes. We love them with a chicken soup made with *** and a mildish miso, along with ginger and veggies. A very simple evening meal to make but so tasty, and great for colds and allergies!
