“I hadn't tried Hojicha before, I was initially disappointed as I had been expecting it to be similar to Sencha. I tried it again from the perspective of it being a completely different type of tea, and it really started to grow on me to the point were it might now be my current favourite tea. I've found it's quite forgiving about water temperature and steep time, which makes it a good tea to have when too busy to give tea brewing your full attention, whilst working at the computer etc.”
