DescriptionThis box contains 1kg of bonito flavoured soup stock, or dashi (as it is known in Japanese). Use with miso paste to make miso soup, or with soy sauce and red pepper to make jjigae. Can also be used in soup bases for noodle dishes. Highly versatile, dashi is one of the most essential seasonings used in Japanese cuisine.PreparationFor a variety of many different dishes:

“Undoubtedly tasty and you can use for almost anything savory to make a robust base of taste.It goes well with any vegetables, fishes, meats and you can combine this with other seasonings such as soy sauce and miso. Even simply pouring onto and mixing with boiled leafy vegetables, e.g., spinach, will make a healthy garnish with a great flavour.”
