Made in Thailand.Preparation• Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add your choice of meat, seafood or vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.• Add water, chicken or vegetable broth and the spice paste. Stir well and bring to the boil. Add vegetables to boil.• Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and add to the soup for body. Simmer for 3 minutes whilst gradually stirring in 1 beaten egg.
