This pack contains 4 individual bags of pancake mix with the aroma of maple syrup and butter. Its special recipe makes the pancakes moist and delicious even when cold. You can even mix the batter with tofu, melted butter or Japanese mayonnaise for different texture and flavour.PreparationFor 1 bag of the pancake mix (approx. 120g), you can simply make 3 deliciously thick and fluffy pancakes!
• Add 1 egg and 80ml milk (or water) in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the bag of pancake mix gradually and whisk until smooth.
• Heat a frying pan over medium heat, place on top of a damp cloth to cool a little, then add 1/3 of the pancake mix.
• Heat on a low flame for about 3 mins till bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancake and cook for a further 3 minutes until brown on both sides and slide onto a plate.
