• Shred 50g of lettuce into bite size
• Heat up a frying pan and add 2 spoons of oil
• Add 2 eggs into the pan to fry.
• Put 500g of steamed rice to fry with the eggs until mixed well.
• Add in this pack of Hijiki & Dried Baby Sardines rice seasoning and lettuce to stir fry with the rice in the pan.
