This dashi is made with four key dashi ingredients: grilled flying fish, bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, and sardines. The salt content is reduced by 60% with no additional chemical seasonings added, making it ideal for families with small children and those looking for the most health-conscious choice.

PreparationEasy to use tea bag style sachets.
Simmered stock:
Add one sachet to a pan of water and simmer for a few minutes to produce the dashi stock. For clear soup (500ml /1 sachet), Miso soup (700ml/1 sachet), Udon/Soba (500ml/1 sachet)
Seasoning:
Tear open the pack and sprinkle to use as a ready made all in one seasoning.
