“These excellent cubes of freeze dried kimchi base make great tasting kimchi...proper homemade kimchi sauce, in no time at all. Hereabouts that's a big thumbs up as it is very difficult to find Korean fish sauce (sand lance especially, but anchovy too) and its difficult to find salted shrimp as well; so making a proper tasting homemade kimchi base for yourself is not possible. Sunnyday cubes get you there, or very close. Downside? At £12 for 2 cubes, which make about 3 km of kimchi, it is pricey.”
