Kumamon is the friendly bear mascot of Kumamoto prefecture, where these noodles were made.PreparationCook fresh udon noodles in a similar way to fresh pasta.
• Add the udon noodles to a pan of 250ml boiling water.
• Once boiling add the packet of soup.
• Serve in a bowl of and top with your favourite meat and vegetables such as spring onion, egg or fish paste.
