DescriptionA 2 sachet box of medium hot mabo tofu stir-fry sauce. This mabo tofu sauce has been made with specially matured Chinese tobanjan hot bean sauce for a medium hot taste that can be fully enjoyed by both spice lovers and those who prefer a gentler taste. Comes with a sprinkling of Japanese pepper for extra Asian authenticity!PreparationTo create your very own mabo tofu dish at home:
• In a heated frying pan fry 50g minced meat with 1/2 tbsp oil on a medium heat until the meat browns.
• Stop the heat and add one packet of mabo tofu sauce with 2 tbsp water.
• On a medium heat cook the sauce until it begins to boil, add 200g cubed tofu and boil together for approx. 3 mins.
• When boiled add 1/4 spring onion, finely sliced, mix together well and serve with the included Japanese pepper.
