I use this to flavour stir fries and some other meals that I would have previously used a stock cube in. I made a batch of vegetable soup and used miso and dashi instead of stock cubes it was more tasty than usual.

This is my preferred miso and I use it liberally in dressings and recipes where white miso is called for. I also use it on roasting vegetables, bowls and in vegetable dishes.
