• Bring 1L of water to the boil. Add 1 1/2 tsp of instant dashi granules.
• Mix 1/2 cup hot dashi broth mixture with 1/2 cup miso paste. Mix well until it becomes a smooth mixture.
• Take dashi mixture off heat, add miso mixture and stir well. Serve immediately.
