“I was pleasantly surprised by this tea. Neither bitter nor sour. I can now see why one would whisk it well - to break up any lumps that form, but you still need to stir it before drinking as it settles quickly. Nevertheless, as 'loose' tea goes, I am pleased, and would have this again.”
