I eat these with everything. It is delicious. If anyone like pickles they will love these. The are exactly like the ones I ate in Japan.

I've been adding a small spoonful of these to fresh miso soup. Really delicious. I like how they retain their bite even after sitting in the soup for a couple of minutes.
