DescriptionFor a more authentic dashi experience! This pack contains 15 semi-permeable bags (similar to tea bags) of fish and seaweed soup stock. Unlike powdered stocks that dissolve in water, these bags contain nothing but bonito fish, mackerel fish and kelp seaweed. Use in all sorts of Japanese cooking, from soups to noodle dishes to marinades, for that quintessential Japanese flavour.PreparationThese dashi bags are as easy to use as a teabag!
• Add one dashi bag to 600ml of water and bring to the boil.
• Reduce heat and allow to simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes (we recommend 5 minutes for an intense dashi flavour!)
