DescriptionIf you think you have eaten delicious pancakes before, you may need to think again. This box contains enough vanilla infused pancake batter to make eight thick, spongy American-style hotcakes (4 cakes x 2 packets), plus four sachets of sweet maple type syrup. Easy to prepare and delicious for breakfast or dessert.PreparationFor 4 pancakes (1 bag):
• Break 1 egg and pour 150ml milk in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the pancake mix and whisk thoroughly, until there are no lumps.
• On a high heat, warm up the bottom of a frypan for one minute. Turn off heat and pour enough batter in to make a 14cm diameter pancake. Allow to sit in the heated pan for one minute before turning the stove back on.
• Heat pancake on a low flame for about 3 mins or until bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancake and cook for a further 2 minutes until brown on both sides.
