This is really tasty! it's like they took mayonnaise and increased it umami by a lot. It uses vinegar among other things to add sour and salty with a hint of ***. It is the ultimate dipping mayo, especially with ***.

Best mayonnaise. The flavour is subtle, unlike most western mayonnaise. Can even be used when doing fried rice to keep grains separate .
