“The place wasn’t clean enough and some of us have dust allergies. The staff did try to help in a responsible time, but wouldn’t stay again in there because the cleaners didn’t maintain well the apartment.”

“Great accommodations while staying in Hirafu. The 2 bedroom unit is cozy and suited our family of four perfectly. Convenient location and walkable to the shuttle, food trucks, Seicomart, onsen, restaurants, etc. Laundry and drying room appreciated at the end of a long day.”

“Roomy apartment. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. Instructions also given for appliances in English (Japanese on the remote, washing machine). Cleaning staff were efficient. Heating was adequate. Rooms were decent sizes. Overall, a good apartment to stay in.”
