“We loved the ridge. The room was very large and comfortable with a gorgeous view. The staff was so friendly and helpful, providing rides and information when we needed it. This is a very Western style hotel and conformable if that is what you're accustomed to”

“Amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, studio with wall bed perfect for a family of 4. Walking distance to Kokusai lifts and bus to other resorts stops out the front Perfect!”

“We’re very disappointed with the hotel during our stay in Hakuba. The moment we walked into our unit, we were greeted by a dirty towel lying on the living room floor. As we toured to different rooms, especially the bathrooms, we’re shocked with the dirty towel on the rack, dirty glass with a little toothpaste stain, and untidy hairdryer which was used from previous guest, a not working safe deposit box. The uncleanliness did not stop so we had to see pee stains all over the toilet seats. It’s a big turn off for our family to experience all these issues during our trip, especially with the amount of money we had to pay.”

“Good restaurant and friendly staff. Unfortunately not ski in ski out and the shuttle was not regular. Not as suitable for families”

“Lovely studio apartment and great location, except we did think it was ski in/out but it’s a 200-300m walk to the ski lifts - obviously doable, just not as perfect as we had hoped.”
