“Lovely studio apartment and great location, except we did think it was ski in/out but it’s a 200-300m walk to the ski lifts - obviously doable, just not as perfect as we had hoped.”

“The staff at the Ridge were very accomodating to us. They went out of their way to please. We are very grateful to the kitchen staff and the reception staff who did everything for us on our stay Thank you”

“Great room. 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean. Good location. Staff helpful but those new to Japan and being the start of the season meant not a lot of local knowledge.”

“The room was amazing, great size for a family of four with a phenomenal view. The restaurant was good, the staff efficient and helpful. We had dinner once at the hotel and it was the restaurant wasn't large enough to provide a fully fledged dining experience (need to book and order in advance from the menu). But there are many options nearby so it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is also quite close to nearby shuttles.”
