“We had Apartment 1, 2 bedroom with 4 adults. The apartment is clean and tidy with plenty of space for us. We had a few issues and given the price, it's worth noting for future reference: - we were there for 7 nights but had no planned towel or bedding change. It took some convincing with the owner to get fresh towels on day 5. - the towels are small and more like what's expected in a cheap motel; they could do with an upgrade. - the owner made an unannounced entry into the accomodation to check something in both bathrooms. We would have had no problems if this was planned in advance, or even if he turned up and asked to enter, but to come into our space unannounced is not appropriate. - the owners instruction manual stipulated they are available to do supermarket runs at 1730, as long as they're given 24hr notice. On 2 occasions this was not possible due to his other activities, leaving us to rely on Ubers etc. Not a big issue but if there's an expectation given then it should be upheld, except in rare circumstances. - strangely, there was an almost complete lack of condiments, meaning we had to go and buy salt, pepper, tea bags, oil etc; we found this very unusual. even a small carton of milk would make a difference, but having to go and buy these things is frustrating after a long trip. - The bathrooms are nice but for some reason are the only areas of the unit without underfloor heating. They stayed wet after showers for most of the the day?! - the fire extinguisher had not been checked lately and was at almost zero pressure; a safety and regulatory issue. See attached photo.”

“Excellent. Very comfortable. Very good for a family with kids. Antony, the host was excellent. He made us feel welcome, helped us get settled - including taking us to the grocery store and ski hire. Gave us great, authentic, dinner recommendations, booked and took us there. We will definitely go back there again.”

“Our family of 5 stayed in Apartment 3 at Winterstorm and had an absolutely fantastic time. Antony the host was more than helpful collecting us from the bus, booking restaurants and guiding us around. The apartment is spacious incredibly clean and has everything you could possibly need. This all made for an amazing stay.”
