“Great housekeeping, snow clearing service. Also Good reception / check in done by property manager, ski Japan. House location fairly optimal for convenience. Heating was good. Only thing is it’s on a small road, snow clearance meant morning shovelling for car to drive out. Also top bedroom facing the road could pick up sounds of revellers walking by in middle of night.”

Thank you very much for the feedback. With Niseko's incredible snow fall, morning snow clearance can be a be a very big task indeed! We would recommend guests staying in a central Hirafu Village location such as that offered by Yutaka Townhouse to use the free village shuttle bus or take the short walk to the Ace Family lift. Guests who want to hire a car might be better staying in the Izumikyo or Kabayama areas of Niseko where roads and properties are better set up for car hire. Locations outside the central village also help to ensure a peaceful stay. We look forward to hearing from you when you are planning your next trip to Niseko.
