“The hotel and all the facilities were perfect but the staff was a little bit confused. We book everything ahead before we arrived but there is no arrangements at all. But i still come back again if i have a chance. Without confusing staff i would give 100/10”

“Clean and tidy, exceptionally convenient location, nice front desk staff. Can consider also provide something for non-skier staying at the apartment during the day, say yoga mat and more recent DVD movies to borrow.”

“could be more spacious overall and the 2nd bedroom is really a bit too small but the concierge is very helpful, and the shuttle service was great!”
