“The apartments are well located and spacious. However, the rooms were not regularly serviced and the utensils (e.g. toilet paper, kitchen supplies) were not consistently supplied. Also, given the price of the accommodation it would be advisable to improve the bus transport provided e.g. it is limited in accessing adjoining ski areas (to Iwatake only). It would also be good if additional laundry facilities were supplied, there was only 1 washing machine / dryer and this was often being used. The reception staff were pleasant.”

“The kitchen was very well equipped which made preparing meals when we wanted to do so easy. There was a rice cooker for cooking Japanese rice that we tried out. The drying room for ski equipment was good too. Warm toilet seats and spacious bathrooms”
