“Excellent location offering ski to door. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable with good size accommodation, bonus of having a washer/dryer as well as a kitchenette was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating staff, happy to ferry guests around the village at any time. On a slight negative there is limited seating in the ski locker room. Not a problem for us being near end of season and quieter, but can imagine being an issue in high season. As ski and boots not allowed in the hotel rooms (understandably) also no sauna facilities if you like that option after a day on the slopes.”

“Beautiful and spacious accommodation. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and studio apartment. Gorgeous views and ski in ski out. Great locker space and an Italian/pizza restaurant on site. Also physio and Pilates on site. Perfect location, lovely friendly and helpful staff.”

“The Maples exceeded my expectations in every way. The driver they sent to collect us, the check in staff and concierge were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were so much bigger and more luxurious than I’ve experienced on previous Japan trips. The views were sensational, the ski-in ski-out facilities were so convenient. I’ve been skiing for over 30 years and this was by far my best experience ever!”

“The room is clean and modern. We especially love the location which is a short way up the slope from Family Lift, which means you never have to walk to the lift. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending us restaurants and arranging for transportation. The pizzeria on the ground floor is also delicious and convenient when you’re too tired to go out for a meal.”
