“We had a great time staying at Starry. The room was great (1 bed with loft) and skiing out and in from the slopes was great (plus it is only a 50m walk to the Gondola). Starry also dropped us off at the supermarket to pick up supplies for the week so that we could cook up meals during our stay. I would definitely stay here again”

“We stayed at Starry Denium. The location was really good as we had a beginner and we were round the corner from the beginner ski lessons. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars, was because there was few things in the house that were a bit odd. 1. The seating arrangement, there were bean bags - great for kids but I wanted to sit in a chair and there was only 1 chair. I found the camping dinning chairs uncomfortable and you couldn’t sit at them for very long which left no where to sit in the evening. There was no where to put your clothes, there were a couple of hangers, but no draws or cupboards. After paying $17,000 AUD for the week, I was disappointed that I had to pay for the washing machine and dryer. Also, just having some basic condiments would have helped. We did go shopping but didn’t realise we needed to buy the basics. The Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Starry Residence. The location was perfect for us in terms of being able to ski in and ski out. Naoko and her husband were lovely hosts. We felt right at home.”

“Everything is great from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. Naoko and Eric been the best host providing shuttle to and from bus terminal, supermarket and dinner venues. Eric came to pick us up one of those rare nights after dinner when all taxis were fully booked. When I lost my skis at Tsugaike, Naoko was very attentive to help locate my skis. Finally she message me the good news that they found my skis and she will helped to coordinate the return of my skis to Rhythm after we leave. We couldn’t have asked for more. However the convenient store is a distant away so would be nice if they have an onsite vending machine for hot beverages. It will be an added advantage if there is laundry machine in the room, rather we have to walked out of the room in the cold to access the main entrance to the laundry in the night. To add icing on the cake, Adam Gondola is litterally a short ski away from the accommodation.”
