“Great staff, concierge pick up/drop off service is essential for getting to/from the Hirafu gondolas with all the ski gear. Location is in easy walking distance to Hirafu Main Street, making it a great spot for enjoying the town. Rooms are studio set up and a bit tight on space, but if you’re on the mountain all day that doesn’t matter.”

“My family had a great stay at Hinzan. Our unit was comfortable and well-appointed, and very convenient to town. However, the thing that really set Hinzan apart from other similar places we've stayed was the very cheerful and helpful staff. The staff was so nice about shuttling us around and always ready to answer any questions. And, they always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated the wonderful staff.”
