“The owners went out of their way to make me comfortable, offered advice on where to eat and shop, and even drove me to the bus station. It was a very pleasant experience.”

“Hakuba Braze was just lovely. The owners were so very friendly and helpful which is so typical of the Japanese. The lounge and communal kitchen was great as we didn't really want to eat out every night. Our room was very cosy and we were wonderfully close to the slopes.”

“Could not have asked for anywhere better to stay. Our host's were amazing, the accomodation was fantastic, cosy and comfortable. We can wait to go back.”
