“What a lovely place to stay in Hakuba! excellent location and food and staff etc. Book a room with a private onsen! We even saw snow monkeys from our room! LOVED IT!”

“This hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Tomo was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to help us. We wanted a Japanese experince and our room had a great combination of Japanese tatami mat beds and western ones. The private onsen in our room was brilliant, as were the shared onsen on each floor. We never felt crowded or rushed. I would definitely stay here again.”
