“The apartment itself was lovely, clean, modern and spacious. The downside is the location is far from gondola, and Hirafu shuttle is always full at peak periods and I end up walking uphill for 20 mins to gondola. No one informed about Portfolio having a private shuttle until I found out from neighbours later. The amenities are not consistent. I booked 2 apartments. Hangetsu 3 has nespresso while Hangetsu 4 does not. Despite informing this to the provider ie niseko explore office, no one came back with any help or response.”

“A nice cosy 2 bedroom apartment in lower Hirafu. A few niggles/ faults which we reported. Quite place with free shuttle bus a few steps away. A bit far from the slopes and to the Hirafu intersection.”
