“The apartment was suitable for our family of 11 except for the third double bedroom which had a bed jammed against the wall so you could only get out on one side. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and when we requested a mattress topper or similar nothing was available.”

“The accommodation was excellent and suited our needs perfectly (ie large family group) and lived up to our expectations. It was also very well positioned for access to restaurants, lifts and other amenities. The accommodation manager was excellent, very helpful and responsive to our needs including transfers. There was only 1 minor hiccup in relation to the games room facilities (ie X Box) not working properly - information regarding region of the X Box and the need to provide your own games would have been useful.”
