“The hotel is very run down and not maintained. It is very overpriced and in a difficult location to be able to get around Hakuba. Before we even arrived the cloths drier was broken and even though reported to the travel agent and reported to the hotel reception it was not replaced or fixed. The rooms are very small and the freestanding wardrobes are basically useless. No where to hang cloths. Breakfast was good but the volume of the music during breakfast is definitely excessive- the only people who want the music that loud during breakfast are the staff working during breakfast.”
