“Could not recommend this hotel enough! Like a gorgeous ski lodge, only a few minutes walk to the lifts and everywhere you want to eat and drink - the room was so spacious, great breakfast and wonderful staff who were so helpful. The indoor and outdoor onsens were the icing on the cake!!!”

“This was my second year staying at Hotel Taigakukan. The location is brilliant, the rooms are huge and the staff lovely. It is fairly traditional and the breakfast is unique! The fire place is cosy and the décor very much in keeping with a ski lodge. It is a very central and nice place to stay.”

“Hotel Taigakukan has a great location close to the lifts, shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are excellent and the staff are amazing, thanks to Tetsuya and his team we had an amazing stay”
