“Our stay at the 3 BR apartment was 10/10. First of all, the view and location was incredible. Kokusai Chair Lift to access Happo One is just across the road. With vast windows facing the mountains, the apartment felt like a command center. Each bedroom had a King sized bed with a shower. Rooms were spacious for all our luggage and snowboarding gear. Very thoughtfully planned out floor design. Furniture and appliances were very modern. Translated handbooks were included should to address any questions on operating the equipment. Staff was polite and friendly. They would provide shuttle services to various locations within Hakuba Valley. If you are travelling internationally, highly recommend using a SIM card or mobile WiFi. Then use WhatsApp to contact the staff. Even though all the staff made sure that our group was always well taken care of, I would like to recognize Yuki and Yu for making our stay the best ever! I would definitely visit again! Mahalo! Kevin”
