“Our 2 bedroom chalet was very nice, comfortable and well equipped, meeting all expectations as described. Although the checkin process was slightly longer than usual due to staff shortages; but everyone we encountered were very helpful. We were very thankful to the housekeeping staffs, especially the person who operated the snow plow clearing our driveway and making it much wider for us drive in and out!”

“The chalet was beautiful and well kept. Even though we did online check-in, Jake and his team was excellent and responsive at all times, providing us assistance when requested, in terms of recommendations of tours, restaurants and onsens! The drivers/ transportation provided was much appreciated and very was a major plus point for Phoenix Chalets. We will definitely be back in 2024 - familiarity is something our family appreciate! Thank you to the Phoenix's team!”

“They were very accomadating and went out of there way to assist us with dinner and tour bookings, plus they gave us a few essential lifts when needed.”
