“Room and facilities were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a good selection to help kick off the day. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. I would consider this hotel when I visit Niseko again.”

“Good service, convenient location, reasonable price, very comfortable beds. The room was a bit small, but manageable. Food at Elements was nice.”

“Spacious Room that provide everything needed, I will say is like a 4 stars lodge which also provide shuttle bus to hirafu town because the location of the hotel is 10 mins walk from Centre of Hirafu. Everything good ! Staff are friendly that recommended us restaurant and onsen. We will love to stay again!”
