Thanks, Linda, for your feedback. This wrap has been a very popular line. Good to hear someone who is not 100% happy with this product. Feedback like yours helps us improve the design. I sent your feedback to our designer, and we are trying to work out why it makes you look like a “pirate”. By saying that, do you mean the wrap is not fully covering the back of your nape, and it only stays on top of your head, right? It could be a size issue. If your head circumferent is bigger than 58cm,and/ or your front to nape length is larger than 34cm, this wrap won’t be able to give you full coverage around your nape area, i.e. most likely the wrap may stay higher around your crown. If this is the case, we do have a different but similar product. Please go to a pre-tied scarf called “Ella”. To assist you in this matter and choose headcovers of perfect sizes, please provide your head size data to us, and we can put them on file for you.
