Thanks. Liane, for your feedback and very sorry to hear that they are overstretched. This is a headcover made of 100% cotton yarn jersey fabric. If it is overstretched, its original structure/shape may not come back to its original form, but you can follow the care instruction page of the product to restore its shape by soaking it in water. To wash this cap, please: 1) Soak the cap in water before washing so it can restore its original shape as much as it can after each wear. 2) Handwash the cap and do not wring. 3) Squeeze the accessive water and lay the cap on a towel, and let it dry naturally in the shade. Please be reminded that this hat is unsuitable to be worn as a nightcap or worn in a hospital bed. If you are after a cap for wearing in bed, please go to our NIGHT CAP category.
