“This is my second order - not yet received Aus post advises should be available for pick up from my PO Box on Thursday. Previous items were great hence my second order. Great service and very reasonable pricing.”

Thanks, Constance, for contacting us. Sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Your 1st order was received on 22nd of March, and the order was sent out the same day. A tracking number was sent to you. Please check your spam mailbox if you can not see the tracking number yet. Australia Post system indicates the parcel has been delivered. I noticed you had left excellent reviews for your 1st order. If this review is for your 2nd order, I assume it is a mistake. Please kindly revise it. Your 2nd order was only received last Sunday and it was sent out on Monday. I expect you should get your order today (Tuesday). Any questions, please feel free to give us a call or send us an email.
