“Nice and soft on the inside however the brim of the hat digs into my forehead as it hard which isn't good on a sensitive head. My mum has sewn a piece over it to help cushion it.”

Thanks, Ruth, for another useful feedback for other customers. Actually, the brim is very appliable and bendable. The depth of the cut (for the brim) can be reduced by simply flatten the brim. This trick should be enough for most wearers to make the hat more comfortable. I will let other customers know the extra cushion trick.
