“When I first saw it I thought wow, bright, colourful, perfect. Then I washed it, it became frayed very disappointing. Yes it was on a gentle cycle. No it's ok don't need credit or another one. Thank you.”

Thanks, Verna, for providing more information on how you washed the durag. I shall change the care instruction to hand wash only. Would you like me to resend you another one or would you like to have store credit? Again my apology. Wish the product were more solid. More update: Thanks Verna for the updates. I have made the laundry instruction "HANDWASH ONLY" bold so that other buyers won't put it into a washing machine again. We will review the product when we remake it and find a better way to make the seam solid without compromising the comfort of the item. Cheers! Lucy
